1 Introduction and Applicability

5.2 Bonus Terms

Bonuses are not cash and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If bonus abuse, attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended. 4999 bat reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 4999 bat VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4999 bat platform:

1. Creating more than one account under the same person's name.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
3. Operating games using automated bots, scripts or artificial means.
4. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
5. Any attempt to undermine the platform's security systems or payment system.
